Sam values helping and supporting people in seeking healthy relationships with themselves and others, whether that’s assisting them in neutralizing anxieties, facing inter and intra-personal dilemmas, or fortifying their self-esteem.
Sam’s therapeutic lens is working within an integrative framework consisting primarily of CBT, ACT, client-centered and feminist therapies. She has a particular interest in sex therapy and helping people to gain a healthy, shame-free and satisfying relationship with this part of their lives. Outside of her work, she can be found with a book in her hand, crocheting, or outside with her Old English Sheepdog, Martha.
