Molly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ identity and gender care. She brings a thoughtful and compassionate presence to her work, creating a space where clients feel both supported and deeply understood.
Molly has received extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy and is an EMDRIA certified clinician. She is also an EMDRIA Consultant in Training, reflecting her ongoing commitment to clinical growth and excellence in trauma-informed care. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining attuned to each client’s individual experience, identity, and pace.
With a deep understanding that healing is not linear and a strong belief in meeting clients where they are, Molly collaborates with clients to build insight, strengthen resilience, and process experiences that may otherwise feel overwhelming to navigate alone. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals in medical professions, recognizing the layers of stress, responsibility, and often unspoken emotional impact that come with this work.
Molly strives to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, respectful, and affirming. She values authenticity, curiosity, and the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.
If you are considering therapy, Molly welcomes you to reach out. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, you do not have to navigate it alone.
