This therapeutic group is designed for partners and non-birthing parents who are preparing to welcome a new baby or adjusting to life in the early months of parenthood. The group provides a supportive, inclusive space to explore the emotional, relational, and practical aspects of becoming a parent outside of the birthing role.
Through guided discussion, psychoeducation, skill-building exercises, and peer connection, participants will learn about fostering secure attachment, and maintaining personal well-being through the transition, developing confident caregiving skills, communicating & connecting effectively as co-parents, and maintaining/adjusting their identity, while actively engaged in family life. All genders, family structures, and parenting experiences are welcome.
Most insurances will cover the cost of group sessions.
