Lilly is a student at Plymouth State University and is currently pursuing her master’s in clinical mental health counseling. Lilly’s therapeutic approach combines a variety of theories such as strengths-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
Lilly aims to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to talk openly and comfortable being themselves. Lilly respects that therapy looks different for everyone. She works collaboratively with clients to shape the therapeutic process around their own experiences, needs, strengths, and goals. Lilly wants to help clients navigate challenges, build understanding, and support meaningful growth at their own pace.
