Elle is interested in working with adolescents and adults, including women and LGBTQ+ clients. Her professional interests include trauma, identity, self-esteem, healing from difficult experiences, and existential questions about meaning, authenticity, and personal growth. She values helping clients better understand themselves, make sense of what they have been through, and move toward greater self-acceptance, empowerment, and connection.
Elle’s emerging clinical perspective is shaped by feminist, humanistic, and Adlerian approaches, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, insight, and the belief that healing and change are possible. She is particularly interested in trauma informed work, including EMDR and somatic, body-based approaches to healing. She is also deeply interested in the role that music, movement, creativity, and connection to the world around us can play in growth and recovery and hopes to eventually incorporate trauma-informed yoga and other expressive, embodied practices into my work with clients.
