Jamie Love is an LMHC intern at both Counseling Associates Upper Valley and New London offices. Her therapeutic approach integrates various modalities, including HeartMath, solutions-focused therapy, mindfulness, somatic therapy, IFS therapy, art therapy, nature therapy, strengths-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), offering clients a comprehensive and personalized path to well-being. She specializes in working with children and their families.

Currently pursuing her Master’s Degree as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Jamie is set to graduate in Spring 2026. She is committed to supporting individuals through life’s challenges by encouraging candid introspection to foster self-discovery and resilience.
