Katie has experience working with adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, grief, bereavement, life transitions, and self-esteem. She draws from a variety of therapies and techniques including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, client centered therapy, and EMDR.

She views therapy as a place of safety, respect, compassion, and support where you can explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings without judgement. She aims to provide a healing, collaborative, and nonjudgmental spacefor clients to explore their hopes and goals as well as their losses.
