Sheena Solitaire, CMHC Intern

(she/her/hers)

Hi, I’m Sheena — a therapist-in-training who believes in the power of connection, curiosity, and meaningful change.

Sheena strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore life’s challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and build a sense of purpose and resilience. She believes therapy can be a space for both deep healing and creative exploration — and even moments of joy.

Sheena’s clinical interests include eating disorders, process addictions, trauma, and identity development. She works with adults and teens using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, ACT, person-centered, existential, narrative, social justice and strengths-based approaches, always tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Sheena is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University New England. She brings a diverse background in the creative arts, education, and fitness/wellness, and hold previous degrees in Art/Art History and Art Education. Sheena’s prior work in these fields informs her integrative, whole-person perspective as a therapist.

Outside of the therapy space, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends — and you’ll often find her playing pickleball!
