Bruce is a licensed psychologist with over 35 years of experience in formal supervision roles, including being Chief Psychologist and Director of Psychology Training at Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc. (where he developed a nationally-accredited internship training program); Clinical Asst. Prof. of Psychiatry at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth (where he provides psychotherapy supervision to psychiatry residents); and Clinical and Quality Officer at Counseling Associates of New London, PLLC (where he provides direct supervision and helps the organization develop its expansive training programs). He served for over 10 years as a Professional Conduct Investigator for the NH Board of Mental Health Practice where he became experienced in applying various ethics codes of the five licensed mental health guilds.
