This is an ongoing group open to adults with the purpose of supporting individuals who are experiencing the disruptive impact of an eating disorder or disordered eating. Because one of the many challenging aspects of an eating disorder is how isolating and lonely it can often feel, this group strives to offer fresh perspectives within a safe space to feel seen and heard by peers struggling with similar issues. This group will help establish a support system and will follow a curriculum to spark ideas for discussion and recovery support. Group facilitators occasionally draw upon literary resources such as autobiographies and short essays written by trailblazers in the eating disorder community. If you have been struggling to cope with disordered eating symptoms and are looking for a space to build new skills as well as grow alongside others, we would be thrilled to work with you.
