
A psychotherapy group for adult family caregivers for loved ones with a long-term illness or disability, such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, ALS, and others.
Participants will learn information and share experience about challenges posed by their caregiver role to a loved one. They will practice skills for managing these challenges. Unique stressors such as cognitive decline, personality change, memory loss, and grieving over ambiguous loss are among topics to be covered.
