This group will provide a supportive community and evidence-based tools to help you manage your symptoms and improve your overall quality of life. During this course, you will learn how chronic pain works and will gain confidence in expressing your needs to doctors and loved ones. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your body, reduce pain, and be in community with other women who understand the complexities of living with chronic pelvic pain. Some of the tools we will be working with are mindfulness and mediation, breath and guided imagery, somatic exercises, polyvagal theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
