
Are you caregiving for someone and wishing other people understood your day-to-day experience? Our Caregiver Support Group connects people doing care-work for mutual support, understanding and sharing. Group members frequently express how much they value the peer support and understanding Caregiver Support provides. We offer self-care strategies, resources, and discussions of relevant topics to help us cope with the challenging work of caregiving. Give yourself the sense of peace and renewal that our cohesive and caring group offers.
Open to: Adults engaged in caregiving work for: elders, people with chronic conditions, people with terminal conditions, children with special needs, any other adults in need of care support.
Includes Peer Support, Resources, Grounding Exercises, Self-Care Help
*Clients with Medicare will be offered a self-pay rate.
