Creative Expressions

Creative Expressions is a dynamic, interactive therapy group meant to explore emotions and develop social skills in a safe, supportive space for ages 7-13. Through movement, mindfulness, art, and teamwork, participants will practice self-expression, build empathy, and strengthen peer relationships.

Over 6 weeks, they will develop tools for emotional regulation and resilience – skills to carry into everyday life.

Most insurances will cover the cost of group sessions.

This facilitator cannot bill Medicare insurance plans. Please reach out to our billing department to determine your cost for this group.
