
This group helps participants develop practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, self-awareness, and healthy coping — drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, stress, or just seeking a stronger foundation, you’ll learn skills to support personal growth and everyday well-being.
Each session of Learning to Thrive will be dedicated to a particular discrete skill or skills with reinforcement via group participation. Benefits of each individual session will not hinge on participation in prior or future sessions.
Most insurances will cover the cost of group sessions.
