This group is open to adult individuals experiencing the end of a long-term relationship and will be facilitated every other Monday by mental health professionals Ruby Nash, Pre-Licensed MFT Intern and Liz Kelsey, Pre-Licensed CMHC. Co-facilitators draw from a variety of frameworks, including narrative therapy, self-compassion, Gottman (healthy productive conflict management) mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills. Each session will consist of a grounding exercise, an intervention (for example: narrative therapy to explore the story you tell yourself about your breakup), and space for discussion. If you need support during this time of transition, we’re here to help.
Most insurances will cover the cost of group sessions.
Speak to our Group Coordinator for questions regarding insurance or self-pay rates.
