
This group is focused on learning practical tools to reduce mindless scrolling, set healthier boundaries, and build a more intentional relationship with technology. Supportive group sessions help you manage phone habits, reduce overuse, and reconnect with what matters most.
Most insurances will cover the cost of group sessions.
