MBCT is an evidence-based approach that reduces the risk of depressive relapse and supports improvement in anxiety, stress, and chronic pain. This experiential program combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, cognitive strategies, and daily mindfulness practices to promote lasting change and a more compassionate relationship with your experience.
Most insurances will cover the cost of group sessions.
