Abigail is a graduate candidate for Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Antioch University New England. With backgrounds in farming, performance work, drama-therapy, mothering, communal living and community-action, Abigail’s clinical care interests meld with some of these realms in the form of expressive arts therapy, exploration of curiosity, self-discovery, and community ties, and spiritual care.
Abigail has extensive experience working with children and youth in both educational and therapeutic settings, with young adults in clinical counseling settings, and with adults of all ages in performance-based and educational settings. Abigail looks forward to expanding her work with people from all backgrounds and is particularly interested in expanding her work with young mothers and parents, as well as with those who struggle with substance abuse. Abigail’s counseling approach is strengths-based, holistic, collaborative, and creative.
