
Anita’s career has focused on the health and wellbeing of children, parents, and families, working across systems and sectors for equitable care. Her clinical background includes parent/caregiver support, psychotherapy, life transition support, play therapy, sandplay, early intervention support.
Through collaboration and deep respect, Anita takes an eclectic and culturally-sensitive approach to support connection and relationship with self and others that fosters rest, rejuvenation, healing, and thriving. Anita enjoys bringing yoga, breath work, and mindfullness tools and techniques to support emotion and relationship regulation.
Anita has a MS in Child Development and Family Studies and a MSW in Clinical Social Work. She is a registered yoga teacher and practitioner and loves being in nature.
