Anna’s areas of interest are anxiety, depression, grief, navigating life transitions, adoption, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and navigating relationships / family dynamics.

Anna grounds her approach in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. Anna works with clients through systems thinking approach and help clients leverage available resources.

Anna is building her own toolbox of resources that will best support the client as they navigate through their therapeutic journey. Anna works with each client through an individualistic approach and collaborative nature.
