Ashlyn is a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University New England with a passion for working with adolescents, adults, and families. Ashlyn is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Her clinical work is grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory, emphasizing the importance of connection, mutual empathy, and empowerment in the healing process. She has a particular interest inworking with individuals navigating trauma, relational conflict, anxiety, and depression, and strives to build strong, trusting relationships where clients feel safe, respected, and supported.

In her therapeutic approach, she uses integrate evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapies, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. She is deeply committed to fostering resilience, encouraging self-discovery, and walking alongside clients as they move toward meaningful change and growth. As Ashlyn continues her training, she remains committed to lifelong learning, personal growth, and helping clients build greater self-awareness and resilience.
