Her therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed therapies. Ashlyn works collaboratively with clients to build insight, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, Ashlyn also conducts psychological evaluations. She values a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s strengths, challenges, and experiences and uses evaluation findings to help clarify diagnostic questions, identify patterns of functioning, and inform treatment recommendations. She is committed to helping clients cultivate resilience, deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and build lives that feel more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.
