Cassidy is a doctoral candidate in Antioch University’s Clinical Psychology program. As a multi-ethnic clinician, Cassidy uses a holistic therapy approach emphasizing diversity, cultural sensitivity, and a collaborative treatment style to meet client needs. Utilizing an Existential-Positive Psychology integration, Cassidy’s therapy approach is also informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to adapt to diverse client backgrounds.


In and out of therapy, Cassidy promotes authenticity, supportive relationships, and meaningful experiences. He specializes in working on anxiety, depression, grief, interpersonal concerns, behavior, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and diversity issues. Cassidy spends his free time with his fiancé and their two pets, gaming with friends, writing music, and other art-related hobbies.
