Christine Marsico, PhD.

Training Director Licensed Psychologist (she/her/hers)

Christine is passionate about building nurturing, safe relationships with clients as they collaboratively explore and implement their personal definitions of wellbeing and a meaningful life. Grounded in a multicultural feminist perspective, Christine strives to understand psychological distress through a strengths-based lens, framing symptoms and behaviors as adaptive within their environmental contexts. From here, we will work together to build behaviors and relationships that serve current needs and goals. Christine specializes in working with adult women navigating role/identity transitions, relationship stressors, and recovering from trauma, intimate partner violence and sexual violence. Christine is also pursuing training in providing psychological evaluations to support asylum claims.

In addition to providing therapy, Christine also serves as the Training Director of the Psychology Internship program and is passionate about supporting interns’ development of culturally humble, strengths-based practice. Prior to joining the counseling profession, Christine worked as a teacher in Taiwan and Washington D.C. and currently resides in New Hampshire, enjoying the state’s natural beauty with her husband, daughter, and Maine Coon. Christine is licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
