
Courtney’s practice focuses on providing a warm and welcoming environment that nurtures self-led growth and healing through connecting individuals with different parts of themselves. She believes counseling is a collaborative space where one can feel safe to curiously explore their relationships with themselves, others, and their communities.
Courtney’s clinical experience spans from working with ages 18-72, a range of genders, sexual orientations, races and ethnicities, ability levels, and diagnoses. She is a Christian and is comfortable working with religiously-diverse clients. Her primary client base is adult women struggling with grief &loss, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Her main treatment modality is Internal Family Systems Therapy. Courtney has practiced the last several years in a Community Mental Health Center. Courtney is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of New Hampshire.
