Dara is a pre-licensed clinician working towards licensure to become a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Dara completed her master’s level internship experience at Counseling Associates and received her Master of Science (MS) degree in ClinicalMental Health Counseling from Plymouth State University. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of New Hampshire. As such, Dara views mental health holistically and draws from various resources to understandthe brain and behavior.
Moreover, she views counseling as a highly collaborative process between the therapist and client and recognizes that each client is the expert in their own life. With this perspective, Dara invites clients to be an empowered partner in their journey throughtherapy and acknowledges that healing is a unique process for each client.
