
Darsie McPhee, MSW, is a licensure candidate with experience working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and stress. Additionally, she supports clients who face challenges related to self-esteem and emotional well-being, depression, ADHD-related challenges, career and school challenges, and family conflict.
Darsie uses a strengths-based, person-centered approach and incorporates a mix of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness. Her goal is to create a collaborative and compassionate space where clients feel empowered to access their existing toolbox of strengths to help them navigate their unique seasons of life.
