Eric is a developing clinician who integrates cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential approaches. He believes in the importance of reflection, guided by the idea that “the unexamined life is not worth living.”

He values empathy, authenticity, and curiosity, helping clients understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building practical skills for change. His goal is to offer therapy that is both grounded and deeply human, supporting clients in finding meaning, growth, and resilience.
