
Janet brings 26 years of extensive experience in the areas of trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and family systems work. She has worked in the NH mental health court system, community mental health and has been in private practice for the past 13 years.
She uses an empowerment model, teaches effective grounding and containment skills for symptom reduction and supports one’s healing process through EMDR, IFS, CBT, and narrative therapy. She is client centered and prioritizes safety, and compassion in her therapeutic work with clients.
