Jen Churchill, LCMHC, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who brings a warm, thoughtful, and steady presence to therapy. She specializes in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and stress, especially when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Jen integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), working collaboratively to build coping skills, reduce suffering, and nurture resilience.


Jen is passionate about helping people reconnect with what matters most, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right. Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, valuing each person’s unique experiences and strengths.


In addition to individual therapy, Jen facilitates The Mindful Way, a virtual MBCT group that combines mindfulness practices and cognitive strategies to support lifelong well-being. She also co-facilitates our Anxiety & OCD Clinical Team.

Away from work, Jen enjoys her family time, being active outdoors with her dogs, and trying out new creative endeavors.
