Jillian is passionate about supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, dual diagnosis, life transitions, and a range of emotional challenges and stressors. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their healing process. Jillian takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach, helping clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Jillian also has experience working with children through behavioral therapy, where she supported the development of social, emotional, and coping skills in structured and supportive settings.
