Katie Neff, LCMHC, is a warm, compassionate, and empathetic therapist who provides a supportive space for clients to feel understood, empowered, and equipped for growth. Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when clients feel safe, seen, and comfortable showing up as their authentic selves.

Katie has specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP) and is BTTI certified through the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF). She works with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD-related concerns, perinatal mental health challenges, trauma, and life stressors. She is working towards her Perinatal Mental Health certification through Postpartum Support International (PSI), further deepening her ability to support individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional transitions of parenthood.

Katie integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. She tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs from a Client-Centered perspective, helping build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Known for her warm and grounded presence, Katie values creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable, supported, and challenged in ways that foster resilience, confidence, and personal growth.
