Kylee Taft, Pre-Licensed CMHC

Kylee is a pre-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She is committed to supporting individuals through various emotional and psychological challenges. Her professional interests include, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ and working with individuals experiencing life transitions or identity concerns. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for clients to feel valued, understood and empowered.

Kylee focuses on client-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). While understanding that therapy is a different journey for each individual, she will employ various strategies to meet client needs.
