
Lauren is a pre-licensed clinician actively working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Plymouth State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis from Assumption University. Lauren takes an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. She believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to support their growth and well-being.
Lauren helps clients explore the deeper needs behind their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and supports them in creating healthier, more empowering patterns for growth. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Play Therapy. Lauren is especially passionate about working with children, adolescents, and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment where young people can build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and thrive socially and emotionally.
