I work with adults across the lifespan (individuals age 18+) who are exploring identity concerns, navigating life transitions, and/or coping with chronic illness or pain, specifically autoimmune disease. I also have experience working with athletic performance challenges and issues related to non-monogamy and bisexuality/pansexuality. I bring a calming, compassionate, grounded energy to sessions, supporting clients with identifying their goals and the strengths and resources needed to achieve them. I’m especially passionate about holistic, integrated approaches that blend physical and mental wellness.
