Megan Portnoy, PsyD Practicum Student

Megan is a 3rd year doctoral student in the Department of Clinical Psychology at Antioch University New England. Her practice focuses on adults experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, and questions of identity and meaning. Megan works from a psychodynamic approach and is trained to integrate techniques from ACT, DBT, Gestalt, transpersonal psychology, and Jungian archetypal dream patterning.

Her therapy style is insight-oriented, encouraging self-awareness, honesty, and personal growth within a brave and supportive space. She emphasizes building trust and empowering clients to bring more presence, agency, resilience, and harmony to their lives.
