Michael’s professional interests center on supporting first responders, health care providers, and other high-stress professionals in building resilience, navigating trauma, and maintaining long-term mental wellness. He is passionate about integrating evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with practical, skills-focused training to strengthen coping, leadership, and peer support systems.

Michael’s work reflects a balance of clinical expertise and creative problem-solving, with the goal of helping individuals and teams thrive in the face of demanding challenges.
