Natasha is currently a Master’s level Clinical Mental Health Counselor student at Southern New Hampshire University with a focus in Gender Therapy. She is passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for adult clients dealing with anxiety and depression with her main focus being gender and sexual issues including sexual trauma and PTSD.


Natasha believes in building a rapport through relatable bonds that can strengthen the therapeutic relationship. Along with the strong relationship, the client will collaborate to identify and work through barriers in a strength-based approach that is an integrated theory including elements of behavioral, motivational, cultural, exposure and philosophical theories.
