Paige is a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Maryland, passionate about helping clients build a life that feels workable and meaningful, even amid anxiety, OCD, and emotional dysregulation. Paige strives to create a warm, collaborative space where clients feel understood and supported as they come to understand and tweak coping patterns.
Grounded in evidence-based practice, Paige draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, while remaining flexible and eclectic to tailor treatment to each client’s individual needs, including co-occurring diagnoses such as ADHD. She has a particular interest in working with anxiety, OCD, and emotional concerns across the lifespan. In therapy and in assessment, she enjoys helping clients build practical skills alongside a deeper understanding of their internal experience. Paige is committed to walking alongside clients as they move toward greater self-trust, flexibility, and a life aligned with what matters most to them.
