Samantha Palmer, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and Certified Perimental Health Professional. Sam has a passion for supporting both adolescents and individuals navigating the perinatal period. Her practice is rooted in trauma-informed, attachment-based approaches, with a strong emphasis on building resilience and emotional well-being. Sam brings specialized training in perinatal mental health, early relational health, and adolescent development, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions.

Samantha is committed to meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive space for healing and growth. She is trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Narrative Exposure Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Circle of Security Parenting. Samantha particularly enjoys working with teens and new or expectant parents, and is dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their relationships, process trauma, and feel more empowered in their daily lives.
