Sara Bergeron, LCMHC is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who uses humor, warmth and a compassionate approach to healing and personal growth. She focuses on the clients’ strengths and works with them to provide a safe and supportive, non-judgmental space for therapy. Sara uses strength-based strategies, CBT focused techniques to help clients feel empowered to manage their symptoms and make change. She specializes in anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma work as well as life transitions and self-esteem challenges.
