Sara Lamar-Sterling, MFT Intern

Sara is a graduate student in Antioch University’s Couple & Family Therapy program. She brings a compassionate, systemic perspective to her work, partneringwith clients through a collaborative and strengths-based approach. She has experience walking alongside individuals and families of diverse cultural and spiritualidentities, navigating grief and loss, and the challenges that come with chronic and critical illness. She is committed to creating a space where clients feelunderstood, respected, and supported.
