
Sarah is pursuing a Masters in Social Work at Colby-Sawyer College. With a background in long-term care and inpatient services as a nursing assistant, she has dedicated herself to providing compassionate, person-centered care in the human services field since 2012. She is further developing her knowledge and skills in trauma-informed, strength-based, mindfulness-based, and nature-based therapeutic approaches.
With plans to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, she is dedicated to deepening her understanding of the complexities of mental health in order to better serve her clients. She brings a warm, grounded and professional presence to her work in creating a safe and collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered on their path to healing and growth.
