Sarah Clarke, LCMHC

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (she/her/hers)

I am here to provide an understanding ear to hear your experiences and support you managing your life in the most meaningful way after major transitions, traumatic experiences, and hardships in life. Whether you need anger management, trauma focused talk therapy, or building resiliency skills for your new normal, I am here to help.

Specializing in anger management, criminogenic behavior, trauma, and first responder mental health, with a focus on helping individuals develop emotional regulation, reduce risk factors for reoffending, process traumatic experiences, and build resilience in high-stress professions. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy to support clients in creating meaningful change. My approach helps individuals identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, process past experiences with sensitivity and safety, and build practical, goal-oriented strategies that foster resilience and forward movement.
