With more than twenty years of experience in the social services field, she brings a seasoned understanding of family dynamics, child development, and the emotional landscapes young people navigate.

As both a social worker and an artist, Sarah incorporates expressive, play‑based, and mindfulness‑informed approaches that help clients slow down, tune into their inner world, and build emotional resilience. She is passionate about creating supportive, grounding spaces where children and caregivers feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful growth.
