Sheena is passionate about helping people find personal meaning and hope in their lives and build resiliency. She believes that change is possible for anyone willing to explore it.

Taking a compassionate, non-judgmental approach, Sheena works alongside her clients to understand their unique strengths and create meaningful goals. She values building a trusting and supportive relationship as the foundation for working together.

Sheena is a third-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Antioch University New England. She holds a Bachelor’s in Art/Art History and a Master’s in Art Education, with a background in the creative arts, education, and wellness.
